Adetayo Interiors offers a range of services across the design process. Clients are welcome to select single, multiple or all parts of the design process below.
Stage One
DESIGN CONSULTATION
Face to face or video consultation to discuss the specific help that you need in your space.
A short questionnaire may be completed before or after the consultation to support the design process. The design process is formalised and agreed before proceeding.
Stage Two
CONCEPTS & SPATIAL PLANNING
Whether starting from scratch or redesigning an existing room, we use a range of hand drawn and computer aided tools to develop a visual understanding of how you want your space to look and feel.
Concept design transforms ideas into visual cues, using physical and digital sample boards of images and materials to represent cohesive colours, textures and patterns.
For spatial planning, we conduct a survey of your space, and develop of 2D and 3D technical drawings to ensure you can live, work and engage in a space that suits your movements and lifestyle.
Stage Three
SOURCING & PROCUREMENT
Furniture, fixtures, and equipment are carefully selected to ensure your design is delivered and set up smoothly and efficiently.
We create a detailed plan of products, suppliers, and delivery timelines. If specified, Adetayo Interiors manages orders and oversees installation to ensure everything arrives on time and meets quality standards.
Stage Four
INSTALLATION & STYLING
The finishing touch that brings a space to life.
We select decor, accessories, and textures to create a cohesive and inviting atmosphere. We thoughtfully place items to reflect the people who will use it, while enhancing comfort, personality, and functionality, making a space feel complete and effortlessly beautiful.
SOFT FURNISHINGS
Using the fundamentals of the design process, Banke creates fully bespoke and high-quality cushions, curtains, blinds and small upholstery items for client’s residential and commercial interior spaces. This design service is perfect for clients looking to refresh their spaces with single or multiple special pieces.
Stage One
CONSULT
Face-to-face or online session to understand requirements.
Review layout, colour scheme and concept of existing spaces and soft furnishing needs. Co-create and agree on design package that reflects needs, incl. timescale, budget.
Stage Two
DESIGN
Design and propose solutions for soft furnishing needs.
Designs will incorporate client's existing interior decor into plan. Liaise with client's designer (if exiting) to ensure concepts and material choices aligned.
Stage Three
CREATE
After schedule of work is agreed, work will commence on the designed pieces.
Client will be kept updated throughout creation period. Delivery will be arranged according to client’s specifications.
